If your credit score does not increase by at least 50 points 90 days from when you started the 45CREDIT.com©™ process and you have mailed proof of ALL of the following 6 conditions to 45CREDIT.com©™, then you may be entitled to a refund of $45 minus a $10 processing fee. This refund will be mailed to you no later than 6 months from your written refund request. No refund requests will be accepted after 120 days of starting the 45CREDIT.com©™ program.
The following six (6) conditions must be sent with all refund requests:
- A copy of all three major credit reports before your 45CREDIT.com©™ purchase and a copy of all three major credit reports 90 days after the purchase of 45CREDIT.com©™.
- You must mail us proof that you have disputed ALL negative items showing on your credit reports to all 3 credit reporting agencies and you have inputted all items asked for by 45CREDIT.com©™.
- You must mail us proof that you have disputed, by registered signed mail, ALL collection items on your 3 credit reports using the enclosed 45CREDIT.com©™ FDCPA Letter.
- You must mail us proof that you have completed ALL actions on the "Action List" from 45CREDIT.com©™.
- You must pay down the balances of ALL open credit cards to 19.96% of the credit limit or HI credit showing on all 3 of your credit reports.
- You must not have ANY new negative item appear on any of the 3 credit reports from your first set of credit reports to the second set of credit reports.
